Abundant Life - located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, has begun design for their second campus location in Blue Springs, MO. The church returned to their design and construction team of Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter and general contractor Pearce Construction. The project will upfit an existing big box space & transform it into a church campus. "Our team is honored to partner once again with Abundant Life as they expand their footprint for the Kingdom. We love the concept of adaptive reuse and giving new life to existing buildings." stated Skyler Phelps, Vice President and Principal for the project.

Lord of Hosts Church Completes Construction

Lord of Hosts Church - located in Omaha, Nebraska, completed construction of a massive renovation and a second video venue and entry gathering space. An exterior façade renovation to this existing retail building was also part of this major project. "This project has been transformational as new life is reborn into an old retail building.” commented Brian Rathsam, the Project Architect for the project. Local Omaha, NE contractor, Lund-Ross Constructors, served as the general contractor.

Fellowship Bible Church - located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, has begun design for their second phase addition, a children’s ministry building. The church returned to their design-build team of Smyrna, Tennessee based contractor Dow Smith Company and Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to update their campus master plan, design additional children’s ministry space, student ministry space, and additional space for offices. "Our team is excited to partner again with Dow Smith Company and this awesome church and to design new facilities that will position this church for continued growth in a growing area of Murfreesboro." stated David Evans, Principal for the project.

Eudora Baptist Church - located in Eudora, Kansas, recently selected Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to lead them through a metrics analysis, discovery and design process to update their campus master plan. Immediate facility needs include children’s ministry space, additional space for lobby & gathering, and large group multipurpose space to take pressure off the Sanctuary. "Our team is excited to partner with this church & develop an updated master plan and design new facilities to help this church impact the Kingdom." stated Brian Rathsam, Project Architect for the project.

First Presbyterian Church Begins Construction

First Presbyterian Church - located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, has begun construction of several renovation projects. The church returned to their design and construction team of Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter and Olathe, Kansas based contractor Harmon Construction. The project will add an entry covered canopy to the main entrance and renovate several interior spaces throughout the church. "Our team is privileged to partner once again with this church as they renovate their existing buildings." stated Brian Rathsam, Project Architect for the project.

Epworth United Methodist Church - located in Franklin, Tennessee, recently selected the design-build team of Smyrna, Tennessee based contractor Dow Smith Company and Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to update their campus master plan. Immediate facility needs include additional children’s ministry space, student ministry space, and additional space for offices. "Our team is excited to partner with Dow Smith Company and Epworth UMC to design new facilities that will position this church well in a growing area of Franklin." stated Brian Rathsam, Project Architect for the project.

Lakewood, Colorado Church Selects Architect

Bear Valley Church - located in Lakewood, Colorado, recently selected Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to update their campus master plan for this growing church. Immediate facility needs include more seats within the existing worship space, better configured children’s ministry space and student ministry space, while improving wayfinding and connection. Providing owner’s representation and organizing the process on behalf of the church is Charlotte, North Carolina based Cool Solutions Group. "Our team is excited to partner with Tim Cool and the team at Bear Valley Church to design renovated and expanded facilities to expand this church’s reach and mission in the greater Denver area." stated David Evans, President of Mantel Teter and Principal for the project.

Community Bible Church - located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, recently selected the design-build team of Mandeville, Louisiana based contractor Kent Design Build and Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to update their campus master plan for this growing church. Immediate facility needs include a larger worship space, children’s ministry space, student ministry space, and additional space for offices. "Our team is excited to partner with Kent Design Build and Community Bible Church to design new facilities to further this church’s mission." stated David Evans, President of Mantel Teter and Principal for the project.

Lenexa Baptist Church, located in Lenexa, Kansas, recently selected Kansas City based architect Mantel Teter and Kansas City based contractor Pearce Construction. The church will be evaluating space use options at their present campus and the potential for development of other campuses. "Our team is excited to be serving this church by helping them navigate the discovery process and implement solutions that meet their ministry needs.” commented Skyler Phelps, Vice President of Mantel Teter and Principal for the project.

Bible Christian Church, located in Garden City, Kansas, recently selected Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to lead them through a metrics analysis, discovery and design process to update their campus master plan. The church has two properties divided by a city street. "We’re thrilled to be serving this church and helping them discover what their needs are, who they serve and what options they might have to maximize ministry facilities." commented Brian Rathsam, the Project Architect for the project.

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Selects Architect

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary - located in Kansas City, Missouri, recently selected Kansas City based architect Mantel Teter and Kansas City based contractor Pearce Construction. The seminary will be renovating existing classrooms and staff office space to better consolidate the core of the seminary campus. "Our team is excited to again be serving the seminary by helping them repurpose existing space to be even more functional for their staff and students.” commented Skyler Phelps, the Project Architect for the project.

Grace Community Church Selects Architect

Grace Community Church - located in Smithville, Missouri, recently selected the design-build team of Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter and Kansas City based contractor Pearce Construction. The church will be adding facilities to provide more space for worship, children, and connection. "It's an honor for our team to serve this church through a process that will create a relevant custom tool for their ministry!" noted David Evans, President of Mantel Teter and Principal for the project.

Fellowship of Grace Church - located in Parkville, Missouri, recently selected Kansas City, Missouri based Mantel Teter and Kansas City based contractor Pearce Construction, to lead them through a discovery and design process for renovations and additions to their church campus. This will be the first project that MT has served this church. "Our team is so excited to be serving this church and helping navigate them along this design journey.” commented Brian Rathsam, the Project Architect for the project.

Harvest Baptist Church Selects Kansas City Architect

Harvest Baptist Church - located in Blue Springs, Missouri, recently selected Kansas City, Missouri based Mantel Teter to lead them through a metrics analysis, discovery and design process to update their campus master plan. The project is currently in schematic design and is the first project that MT has served this church. "Our team is so excited to be serving this church and helping them consider the possibilities at this site.” commented Skyler Phelps, the Project Architect for the project. The church also selected Whiting-Turner Contracting Company to serve as their general contractor.
