Located in a business park, this project was developed on a pad site that provided challenges for parking requirements and building orientation. In order to maximize the tight site to meet the parking requirements, a two-story office building concept was used. A unique contemporary blend of form and materials rendered an economical, yet attractive solution.
The developer occupies approximately 4,000 S.F. of this 21,000 S.F. facility. The remaining areas are tenant finish spaces under a lease agreement.
