The Brookfield, Missouri based bank occupies a 3,200 S.F. tenant finished space for their first branch facility. The bank has minimal offices and banking services initially with the anticipation that growth may occur and expand into adjacent unfinished tenant spaces. The plan allows for (3) teller stations inside and (2) drive-through remote teller stations and ATM/night deposit boxes outside with overhead canopy. Current technology allows for the use of cameras and monitors between the remote teller stations and the teller area inside without the use of a glass window at the drive-thru area. The project presented an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the coordinating abilities between the architect and the bank equipment installer/supplier (Oppliger). read more >>
