Currently leasing space from an office-warehouse location, Cornerstone Family Church purchased this facility and an additional eight acres in southwestern Des Moines. The church leadership, guided by Pastor Dan Berry, needed assistance in developing conceptual master plans, floor plans, and exterior building elevations to communicate a vision of potential facility development to the congregation.

Pastor Berry called on Mantel Teter Architects to capture his vision and create these needed conceptual drawings and 3D models for a fund-raising campaign. A video segment was also created to further communicate the ideas and cast the vision to the members of Cornerstone Family Church. read more >>
