Adjacent to an established shopping center, this project was developed on a pad site that had a number of deed restrictions which required the facility to blend in character with the existing shopping center. In conformance to these restrictions, the brick used on the shopping center was utilized in the construction and design of this facility to blend with the existing context. However, the architectural form and detailing was allowed to deviate from these requirements to create an identity independent of the shopping center.
The bank occupies approximately 7,000 S.F. of this facility with the remaining areas developed as tenant finish spaces which have subsequently been leased and finished since the project’s completion. Long term plans for this facility are to utilize the tenant finish spaces over time to accommodate future growth of the bank. read more >>
