Master planned on what had once been a run-down used car lot, the American Postal Workers Union moved from their previous location to this site with close adjacency to the large Kansas City postal distribution facility for easy member access.  The 4,285 S.F. facility boasts a large 1,500 S.F. meeting hall for monthly gatherings, an office complex with reception, conference room and work space that includes space for future expansion.  A warming kitchen, spacious lobby and restrooms allow for multifunctional use of the space and flexibility in group sizes.  The building and site have redefined a small corner of a previously underdeveloped location, adding to an increased awareness in urban renewal. read more >>
