Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity House - University of Kansas

1645 Tennessee Street | Lawrence, Kansas

Tom Gray, Owner’s Representative 913.526.3059

The project is a product of the changing values of the fraternity in order to attract new students to the organization while attending Kansas University.  The scope of work includes an addition onto an existing overcrowded situation which demanded more studying/sleeping rooms.  The entry and living room space include a gas fireplace in an impressive formal setting that will ensure full occupancy of the house for years to come.  Further enhancement of the house can be found in the upper patio space overlooking the outdoor courtyard below.  Rich materials and colors make for an improvement to the house which has never been seen before.
