With the potential to develop onto added acreage, creating a 100-acre church and school campus, River of Life Church called on Mantel Teter Architects to reevaluate their Master Plan and to design their next phase to be constructed.

Through a series of workshops with the building committee and the various ministry teams from the church and school, Mantel Teter Architects helped to identify the necessary steps for updating their Master Plan. A written program, site analysis, feasibility study, and financial models were provided. The new multi-phased Master Site Plan includes the extension of their existing facility, adding a gymnasium, cafeteria and classrooms for a K-12 Christian school; as well as site amenities and parking to support a 3,000-seat worship center, with education and administrative spaces.
