Launched as a church plant in 2007, Element Church has taken the city of Cheyenne, WY by storm! Recently noted in Church Outreach Magazine as one the top 100 fastest growing churches in America, Element Church has a simple strategy for connecting people with the life in Christ and helping them follow Him completely. Best of all, they live one of their most important values; community involvement. Their unique, Element Gives Back program, serves their community in so many ways and with such high participation from the people of Element.

Element Church had been leasing space in a big box store. Needing more space, they decided to buy the entire 76,000 square foot facility. The building has other tenants, which pay the mortgage payment, essentially leaving the church debt-free! This strategy also freed up cash flow, allowing them to fund and make needed renovations and expansions within the space.

The design-build team led the church through a series of steps & processes to assess their health and readiness and affirm their DNA, while reinforcing the needs and prioritization of those needs within the established budget. The result was an 800 seat Sanctuary with renovated and expanded children’s education space, youth space, office space, and a new fellowship foyer to support community & connection. The Sanctuary is designed to be expandable, while other master plan features include additional education spaces & offices to keep the facility balanced as the church grows.
