On Sunday, November 1, 2009, members of Timothy Lutheran Church gathered to dedicate their new 27,077 s.f. facility in Blue Springs, Missouri. When the time came to expand their ministry, the church acquired a new 65 acre site and commissioned the services of Mantel Teter Architects to lead them through the master planning process. Through site analysis and a programming space study, we provided several alternative master plan solutions. Dialogue with the Building Committee revealed a campus master plan that meets the current and long term needs of the church and school. The Phase I facility includes classrooms for the Timothy Lutheran School, a multipurpose room used for worship and sporting events, a fellowship foyer, and administrative offices.
