This holiday season we thought we would give back to the community by rolling up our sleeves and getting dirty! – We put our drawings skills aside for the day and put our construction skills to the test! The staff at Mantel Teter Architects joined other Habitat for Humanity volunteers to hang trim, install window sills and bathroom vanities, and complete other various projects in the Kansas City, KS home. Visit our Facebook page to see us in action! www.facebook.com/mantelteter
Habitat for Humanity Kansas City is a non-profit Christian ministry working to fulfill the dream of home ownership for low-income families in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. Their mission is based on the principle found in Leviticus 25:35-37: “If a brother living near you becomes poor, you must provide for him ...do not make a profit on the goods you sell him.” If you wish to provide for your brother in need, please visit www.habitatkc.org.
